Sarah is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO), focusing her practice on the assessment and treatment of pelvic health conditions, as well as orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. Her interest in rehabilitation stems from her sports background as a provincial-level gymnast and competitive freestyle skier, which provided her with a foundation for the importance of physical activity in both injury prevention and rehabilitation. She has worked with a variety of athletic populations from rugby teams to elite-level runners, incorporating evidence-based practice while setting goals with clients to ensure meaningful results.
Sarah has also developed a special interest in women’s health, and continues to pursue post-graduate education in pelvic floor rehabilitation. A passion for yoga led Sarah to complete her 200 hour yoga teacher training, which she incorporates into her management of both pelvic health and orthopaedic conditions. She believes strongly in the benefits of yoga for pain management, wellbeing, and as a skillset for staying physically active through the many stages of life.
