Q: What is your Physiotherapy cancellation policy?
A: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.
Q: What is your Massage Therapy cancellation policy?
A: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $55 cancellation fee.
Q: Will my appointment be covered by my insurance provider?
A: Yes! Physiotherapy & Registered Massage Therapy are covered by most extended health plans.
Q: Do you offer direct billing to my insurance company?
A: Yes! We offer direct billing through Telus eClaims for participating Insurance Providers. Call us for more details.
Q: Do you accept MVA (motor vehicle accident) claims?
A: We work with Motor Vehicle Insurance Companies to provide care for clients who have been involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA).
Q: Do you accept WSIB claims?
A: We no longer accept claims through WSIB. We would however be happy to help you with your rehabilitation process. If the reason for your visit is a WSIB claim, please contact us for more information.
